About The Oaks... 

The Oaks Improvement Association is a 326 unit townhome community located in a nicely wooded area of Streamwood, Illinois. 

 We are located very close to schools, shopping, dining, Metra, Park Districts and Forest Preserve Districts.  We Also have a large clubhouse available to rent for your special celebration occasions.

Our purpose as a Board and as homeowners is to maintain The Oaks Improvement Association while building a sense of community.
